Shutdown 2012 - 2013 Machine Status: • NTF Treatments and Dosimetry as scheduled • Proton Source Commissioning and Studies • RFQ Injector Line (RIL) • Linac • Booster • Main Injector • Power Supply studies on weekends TeV & Muon Rings – Partially available for tours with approval and appropriate training

  4. MSS Bypass Project – Impact Areas • Project Completion Date • July 17th – July 25th • A0 Parking Lot Work • TeVroad reduction at A1 (for ~1 more week during cable terminations) • Power off to A1, A2, & A3 (Daily for ~1 week)

Kautz Road SubStation • Status • MI backfed from Master SubStation • Using Feeder 45 for MI conventional power which is normally T85 on KRS • We ordered 6+ new surge arrestors (4.7k each) from Hubbell and wait for delivery in 2-3weeks • Schedule a ~1 day KRS outage (not really an outage, we can’t run power supplies) to replace all surge arrestors on transformers T85 & T87 • There will be a 20 minute outage to remove the backfeed after the surge arrestors are installed
