Introducing IPCR • The iPECS Internet Protocol Call Recording (IPCR) server application employs a Linux OS and VoIP technology to deliver advanced Call Recording capabilities to iPECS platforms. • Each iPECS host can support one (1) to ten (10) IPCR servers allowing separation of Call Recording. • The IPCR application supports both Automatic recording of all calls (ACR) and configured users assigned a Two-way Recording button can request an active call be recorded, ODR (On-demand recording). • IPCR includes a Web server module. The Web server module is the user-interface for administrative and user functions and features of the application. • Operating System: Fedora 12 i386 version • Server CPU: Intel Pentium Core 2 Duo 1.8 GHz or higher • AMD Athlon X2-64 2.4 GHz or higher • Server RAM: Minimum 2 GByte • Server HDD: 1-TByte • External HDD: Optional for back up • ** We guarantee 200 currency sound recording simultaneously .
Upgrade • Follow the process below to upgrade the IPCR upgrade application. • Login to terminal with the root Identification. • # su root Change to root identification • Password Input the password • 2. Download the Install file (update_web_A0Ae.tar.gz) to the /root folder in the server. Locate the folder with the file and copy to the /root folder • # cd ‘located folder’ move to the folder with the file • # cp update_web_A0Ae.tar.gz /root copy the install_ipcr.tar.gz file to /root • 3. Stop fcmanager • #cd /usr/furence/bin • #./fcmanager stop • 4. In the /root folder, extract the file. • # tar xvfzp update_web_A0Ae.tar.gz -C /

1.1 iPECS CR server and Agent Unlock Codes 1 1) Select the System Management tab, 2) Select Appliance Control, 3) Select ‘Lock Key Install’, 4) Enter the Key code provided from your local LG-Ericsson representative, and 5) Select ‘Save’.
1.2 iPECS CR Server MAC Address 1 • In the iPECS LIK Web Admin, • Select the Administration tab, • Select Registration Table, PGM 235, • Enter the MAC address of the IP CR Server and the number of Agents for the server, • Select ‘Save’.
2.1 IPCR Server Registration 2 • Select the Administration tab from the Home page, • Select the Setting tab, • Select IPCR Server Registration, • Input information as desired. • Select Save

3.1 Channel registration 3 • Select the Administration tab from the Home page, • Select the Channel Registration tab, • Input the channel characteristics including the Agent Id (up to 6-characters). • Select Save

3.3 User registration 3 User registration menu is able to register User group (No. of Class 1 , No. of class 2, No. of class3) and User Information (No. of users).
4.1 Populate Agent Table PGM 237 4 Agent ID should be matched with station number that want to be recorded. And a Server should be assigned from total of Agent unlock key.
4.2 SIP station Registration 4 IPCR’s sip station should be register through IPCR server process of registration. 1) The station of IPCR(SIP station) should be “Manual” in ADM 211,SIP Phone Attributes. 2) IPCR can support AES 128 or ARIA 128 except ARIA 129 by programming ADM 211 as following.(Default is OFF) 3) 407 isnot support, And so it should be “OFF”.
Member of VM Group Registration 5 Sip station of IPCR should be the member of External Voice Mail Group as following picture.
Set Automatic Talk Recording Dest. external voice mail group 6 • If Agent ID is linked to a station number in IPCR Agent Table (ADM 237), 58’s item(Automatic Talk Recording Option) is ON. • It should be set Automatic Talk Recording Dest. external voice mail group in ADM 111~113.
SUPERVISOR AGENT(100) AGENT(100) Talking Completed Press the button Under talking ACR and ODR • ACR : The Station with Agent ID of ACR type is recorded without choice. It doesn’t need two way record button. If it had, the button just shows flashing. • ODR : The Station with ODR type is not recorded without choice even though it’s recording. It need Two way record button( Flex button + PGM + 8 + 0 + IPCR Group). It’s toggle.
