  3. What is Tawhid? Unity of God?Witnessingthe Reality • And we witness, exclaiming: • There is no Healer but God • There is no Sustainer but God • There is no Compassionate but God • There is no Forgiver but God • There is no Powerful but God • And all the perfect qualities belong to Him. • By observing the universe and ourselves, we witness the truth and declare that: • There is no deity but God.

  4. And in the Earth are signs for those who comprehend. And within yourselves; do you not see 51:20-21

  5. Two Ways to Experience Life The choice is yours: Reality or Illusion

  6. Abu Hurayra reported that the Messenger of God (p), said, “God says: 'I asked you for food and you did not feed Me. He (His servant) will say, 'Lord, how could I feed You when You did not ask me for food and You are the Lord of the universe?' He will say, 'Do you not know that My servant so-and-so asked you for food and you did not feed him? Do you not know that if you had fed him, you would have found that action with Me? Son of Adam, I asked you for water and you did not give Me water.' The servant will reply, 'O Lord, how could I give you water when You are the Lord of the universe?' He will say, 'My servant so-and-so asked you for water and you did not give him water. Do you not know that if you had given him water, you would have found that action with Me? Son of Adam, I was ill and you did not visit Me.' He will say, 'O Lord, how could I visit You when You are the Lord of the universe?' He will say, 'Do you not know that My slave so-and-so was ill. If you had visited him you would have found that action with Me."

  7. Look at any particular event in life…

  8. And see the difference….

  9. The particular act transforms to a universal reality

  10. Healing from disease Watch with your heart the One through the beauty of His Compassion Causes (lifeless medicines), chances, nature

  11. You can see with your heart the earth as a hospital and the True Healer, who supplies the remedies for all ills, physical and spiritual, and answers all needs

  12. One Divine Action And I watch with my heart and taste with my spirit

  13. Watch with your heart the One through the beauty of His Compassion Causes, chances, nature

  14. Guidance Watch with your heart the Compassionate through the beauty of His Compassion Attribute it to the person himself, or some causes

  15. Through divine unity:

  16. Divine beauty and perfection becomes apparent in every particular

  17. And is seen with the heart and felt with our spirit

  18. Prophets and friends of God have found their sweetest moments and spiritual sustenance in the repeated invocation of: لا اله الا الله Not deities, only One God

  19. Saying of Prophet Muhammad (p): “The best thing I and the prophets before me have said is: There is no deity but God.”

  20. Saying of Prophet Muhammad (p): “Everything has its key, and the key to Paradise is the witnessing that there is no deity but God.”

  21. One small mirror, like a flower, a fruit, a moment through Divine Unity, is transformed to a Large Mirror, showing the Divine Beauty

  22. Without divine beauty, each mirror, fruit, flower, would remain on its own, and would show no/limited sacred beauty.

  23. Let’s get deeper…

  24. and reflect within ourselves…

  25. Narrated by Abu Huraira, the Prophet (p) said: “God created Adam in His own image.”

  26. Through Divine Unity, a Divine immaterial Presence, a Divine “Person”, a concentration of Divine Attributes, can be seen/felt/experienced.. within ourselves

  27. Divine attributes of Life, Knowledge, Hearing, Seeing, Will, Power, Speech

  28. But If not seen with Divine Unity The Divine Unity will be only theoretically thought about… It will hidden…

  29. I am not the Source of these I: Have life Have knowledge See Hear Have Will Have Power Speak I Cannot create, Sustain, these

  30. I have life I am not the source of life I am in need of life that I have I have life because the Living is reflected on me Now.. Every moment..

  31. Through my life, I can witness the immaterial All-Living that is reflected on me..

  32. The more I give what I don’t own to its owner.. (The more I recognize my reality) The more I give my life’s source to its real source, The more I can witness the immaterial All-Living on “my” mirror…

  33. I see I am not the source of my seeing I am in need to see I see because the One has give me the ability to see, and has created/seen what I see Now.. Every moment..

  34. Through my seeing, I can witness (see with my heart and taste with my spirit) the immaterial One who Sees that is reflected on “me”..

  35. The more I give what I don’t own to its owner.. The more I give my attributes’ source to its real source, The more I can witness the immaterial One on “my” mirror…

  36. I can witness (see with my heart and taste with my spirit) the immaterial Presence of the Divine within…

  37. I: Have life, because the Living reflects on me Have knowledge, because the One who Knows reflects on me See, because the One who sees reflects on me Hear, because the One who hears reflects on me Have will, because the One who wills reflects on me Have power, because the Powerful reflects on me Speak, because the One who Speaks reflect on me

  38. Narrated by Abu Huraira, the Prophet (p) said: “God created Adam in His own image.”

  39. The prophet (p) said that God said, “My heaven cannot contain Me, neither can My earth.  But the heart of My believing servant contains Me.”

  40. The prophet (p) said: "Whoever knows himself, he knows his Lord"

  41. The more I become transparent, through recognizing my servanthood/dependence to my Source, The more I will witness His Presence within. This Presence is much more direct and real than witnessing in the horizons.

  42. But if I become opaque, through claiming my independence, then I will face darkness within…

  43. me… I Following the prophets: The path of servanthood The path of transparency I
