Served with a side of parmesan French fries $14.95 • Casual Dining: 12 ounce Pattie, served with LTO, with Fries. Cooked to your liking. $9.95
Pricing • Should come up with a couple of different price points to attract a wider array of customers • Determine who you are • Are you fine dining? • If yes, price accordingly • Are you fast food? • If yes, make affordable
Assignment • Individually create a menu for your restaurant • Choose any style of food you wish • Choose any categories • Must have 20 items on menu • Must have a description for each menu item • Must have a price for each menu item • Descriptions, prices, organization must relate to the type of restaurant you are writing a menu for.
