Special Assessment District Ordinance Public Hearing • Board Direction (Sept. 8 Public Hearing) • Direct staff to prepare language that clarifies the intent of the Board as expressed at the Sept. 8 Public Hearing: • A majority of the responding property owners must vote to approve a Special Assessment District • A vote on a Special Assessment District can be attempted once per County Fiscal Year.
