Facade • Fire Attack company directed by Captain to open-up façade before entering structure • This façade was un-supported but easily ID’ed from underneath • What are the hazards involved with facades? • How are they constructed? • What are your laddering considerations?
Ventilation • Light Force 1st on scene • spotted aerial • performed fire attack • 2nd Truck Co. • Threw aerial and ground ladder • all members (incl. Inside FF) went to roof • performed diagnostics • cut vent hole as most of fire was knocked down • felt rubbish hooks ‘punch’ through roof deck while sounding
