Consultant will work as extension of NTTA staff. • Major items of construction work include: • Constructing 2 additional lanes (1 each direction) in median of PGBT • 13” Concrete Pavement • Full Depth HMAC between Belt Line Rd and Sandy Lake Rd • Pavement profiling south of IH 635 to include foam injection and diamond grinding • HMAC shoulder mill and overlay south of IH 635 • Reconstruction of tolling zone through MLP for NB entrance from Luna Rd. • Limited ITS infrastructure relocation (fiber backbone & laterals, CCTV cameras) • Full roadway and ramp restriping

CM is last step in the quality process • 80% of the day should be in the work area • Roadway – look for soft spots, wrong elevations, grades, cross slopes, inlet locations, sign locations. Don’t let the contractor build it wrong. • Ordering and maintaining schedule of testing required • Coordination with adjacent projects
