Post Mortem-VDC Cross Learning Session • Goal/Objective: (Post Mortem is a valuable tool for continuousImprovement). • The purpose of this discussion is to record, in detail, the specific activities that were most effective and those that require adjustments for future events. (i.e. obstacles, challenges, successes, what could be done differently next time, etc.). • To identify the weakness of handling & organizing the ‘VDC Cross Learning Session’ on the 4th March 2014 and how to improve the event by giving a listing of recommendations (what we could do better next time). • To avoid repeating the same mistake (important Lessons Learned during the project).
