Retention Requirements • 20 years + for some corporate records • Permanent for records transferred to Institutional Archive • Non clinical research end of project + min. 5 years (or 2 years post publications) • Clinical research end of project + min. 15 years • Some Research Councils end of project + 10 years (MRC more)
