The One Vision Exercise to Help You Improve Eyesight Can you imagine being able to see without your eyes? Yet, that's exactly what Dr Paul Bach-y-Rita achieved with some of his experiments. He realized it's not your eyes that "see". It's your brain and your brain could adapt. Your eyes merely passes encode those light rays and pass those Quantum Vision System signals to your brain. It's your brain that then decodes that signal and convert into the images you perceive. Thus when you think about it, it is your brain that "sees".
