  4. Know the Roles “Cheat sheet” • Requestor: Writer of project or request. Often a Subject Matter Expert (SME) • Assigned to: Decision Maker – Has the primary responsibility for making the updates. • Process Owners: list of the Departments affected by the change. Each listed department should have a team member assigned to the project. • Project Team: Members of the collaborative team assigned from each of the departments listed as project.
