REMINDERS: • Please review this tutorial prior to completing the online Graduate Application. • http://www.grad.auburn.edu/ • You should complete the application and pay application fee in the same day to avoid deletion and having to start over. • If you have a degree from Auburn, go ahead and contact the Registrar’s Office to request that transcripts be sent to Graduate School.
REMINDERS (Continued): • Send the following to the Graduate School, 106 Hargis Hall, Auburn, AL 36849 • ALL previous transcripts • Official GRE scores • Send the following to Dr. Nancy Barry, Department Head, Curriculum and Teaching, 5040 Haley, Auburn, AL 36849 • Current Resume • 3 Letters of Recommendation • Copy of Teaching Certificate (If applicable) • Application deadlines: Fall – July 1; Spring – November 1; Summer – April 1.
REMINDERS (Continued): • GRE SCORES • Students may be admitted in some programs as a “provisional” student for one semester without GRE scores. GRE scores must be submitted prior to registering for the next semester. • Provisional students are not eligible for any type of financial assistance. • If you are requesting provisional admission for one semester prior to submitting GRE scores, you MUST send the written request to currgpo@auburn.edu. • GRE must have been taken within the last 5 years UNLESS official scores can be obtained from previous Auburn records or a previous university. ETS will only send official scores for 5 years.
