Background 课程背景 Our education system prepares us for the technical skills to work, but we know that we need more than the technical skills to do well as an employee. 我们目前的教育体系培养了我们学生相应的专业技术知识，但是我们知道仅仅有专业技术知识是没法在成为一名优秀的员工。 We designed this course to specifically help fresh graduate to become a better employee; guide them to adapt into the workplace and build engagement; Eventually they not just contributes to your company, but also make a difference to the stakeholders and society at large in future. 我们设计这个课程的目的是想帮助那些刚刚离开学校初入职场的年青人如何成为一名优秀的员工，尤其是帮助他们如何在最初的第一年成功转型成优秀员工、被公司、同事和上司接受，构建他们对组织的敬业度，继而能在未来为公司做成更大的贡献。
