  3. ON DATA WAREHOUSE SERVER Locate File using External Disk File

  4. USE SELECT FILE COMMAND TO LOCATE EXTRACT FILE

  5. USE DATA WIZARD TO PROCESS ACCESS DATABASE

  6. SAVE PHYSICAL FILE EXTRACT DATABASE CONSISTS OF TWO TABLES, DETAIL AND HEADER. WE WILL USE THE DETAIL TABLE AND STORE IT AS ACL FILE “DETAIL”.

  7. File Layout THE WIZARD AUTOMATICALLY CONVERTS THE FILE LAYOUT.

  8. SAVE ACL FILE

  9. Edit File Fields

  10. Statistics Command for Totals

  11. Check for Duplicates

  12. VERIFY CRITICAL FIELDS

  13. Control Totals & Reasonableness Total Agreed to Margin Report Look at Really High and Really Low Transactions

  14. Use Docs On-Line On-Line Report Storage Facility

  15. Control Totals Total Agreed to ACL Report
