What initiatives have we tried so far? • GEE running successfully several years • International experience in courses • Cross-cultural communications in courses • ExcelL programme training – 6 from FCA in 2010 • Interventions in INFO 101, MARK 101, IBUS 201, IBUS 306 • Survey staff/students • Vic OE study
In order to develop students’ international experience We need to develop an action plan that: • Builds staff acceptance • Builds student acceptance • Is doable/achievable • Meshes with our values Starting this July! Resources from SLSS
