  2. ( B ) - Shortcut The Brush Tool • The brush tool is one of the most useful tools in Photoshop Elements • It can serve as a traditional paint brush but has many other applications

  3. [ - smaller ] - bigger Changing the size of the brush • You have 3 options: • Click where the number is and input a new number • Move the slider bar up or down • Press the [ and ] buttons on the keyboard

  4. Changing the type of brush • Photoshop has many different types of brushes. • You can load premade paintbrushes into Photoshop. • You can even make your own paintbrush!

  5. Changing the type of brush • You have 2 Options: • Click on the down arrow at the top of your workspace • Right click anywhere on your current artwork TIP: The number under each brush is the size in pixels

  6. Selecting different brush sets • Open the brush window • Click on the down arrow • Move the mouse to the brush set you would like to choose

  7. How to load a brush • After you have opened up the brush window CLICK ON THE ARROWS • Move your mouse to Load Brushes… and click

  8. You will have to chose a the file location (where you saved .abr) TIP: All of the brush files end in .abr *Example: stars.abr*
