FUTURE How to put more effort and educate farmers under condition of budget limitation. “Community Plant Pest management Center” is the main activity, to develop farmers to be “Pests Management Professional in IPM” reduce damage to farmers crops, encourage less investment and to enhance participation community in the project.

  12. CONCLUSIONS The basic requirements for scaling up the project from a pilot level to a national wide project is not only complex procedure of incorporating new and better technologies but also convincing people involve to support a programme is often a huge challenge.
