  2. 法律校外實習課程說明會 • 目的：強化理論教學與實務操作之銜接、培養理論知識與實務能 力兼備之學生 (依據：中國文化大學法學院法律系寒暑假實習課程實施辦法) • 開課學期：101學年度第1學期 • 課程名稱：法律校外實習 (許惠峰3：01-02 新 0208 ) • 課程學分：2學分 • 實習期間：7-8月份 • 實習時數：72小時 • 課程評分：由實習單位評分

  5. 實習工作說明 PART 2 1.實習時數需達72小時，不可任意更換實習機構或 中途退選。 2.實習期間不支薪、食宿費用自行負擔。 3.實習期間及實習完成後需繳交實習計畫書、實習週 誌、實習後心得(依各機構規定)。 4.實習期滿後由實習機構評定分數，成績計入101學 年度第1學期，該學習不需另行上課。

  6. 申請相關規定 • 申請時間：5/29(二)~6/5(二) • 實習對象：法律系大一至大四學生 • 申請方式：於系辦或大新一樓櫃台法律系助教索取「學 生實習資料表」，填寫完成後繳回至系辦或 值班助教。(資料表繳回才算報名完成!!) ＊若遇報名人數超過實習機構名額時，依學生在校成績 之優劣定之。(依據：中國文化大學法學院法律系寒暑假實習課程實施辦法第八條)
