Introducing DataLink (version 3.0) • An Entergy product offered to commercial and industrial customers • Available to customers in Arkansas, Mississippi, and Louisiana. • Provides 24x7 account monitoring via internet- or network-based tool • Hotline @1-877-DEMAND1 (1-877-336-2631) • Energy management tool that allows users to view and analyze usage data.
DataLink Capabilities • No limits are placed on how often you use the service. • Displays site energy usage information that enable users to monitor prior hour/day usage consumption for any single site or facility grouping being selected. • Provides alarming and notification of exceptions that exceeds established limits. • Provides useful information for load management and strategic plan to optimize the energy usage. • Does not provide Billing information
DataLink Benefits • Tools to document and to improve the energy utilization by site. • Look for potential savings by upgrading/replacing production equipment. • Plan for shifting load to off-peak hours or to another site. • Plan for creating site-specific load profile. • Need for a total load of all sites.
DataLink - Requirements/Costs • Entergy customer (commercial or industrial) • Access to Internet browser • Interval meter installation available • Dedicated land line telephone • Option/Pricing per month cost to customers (per meter)

Usage Report – COMPARE LOADS • Compare loads for multiple sites (up to five sites) by varying date ranges. Compare the same site for different period of time. Overlay the sites’ data for easy comparison. • Graphs: Interactive or Static, Data display: Text Export Files, Tables, Excel97
Usage Report – DEMAND PROFILE • Report shows single or aggregated site peak demand over a selected period of time. • Results can be viewed in either tabular or bar chart.
Usage Report – LOAD DURATION CURVE • Allows you to the determine the percentage of time that a site’s demand meets or exeeds a given level. The results reflect a percentage of time a site’s load exceeded a given demand. Excel Format

DataLink – Sign-up Process • Request an application from your Account Manager. • Complete the application, sign it and return to Entergy. • Your Account Manager will handle the set-up process for you (approximate time is two weeks). • Your Account Manager will provide you with your logon ID, initial password and user guide. • Your Account Manager will be responsible for getting any start up issues/problems resolved.
