Responding to Individual Needs • It’s not just about diagnosed conditions • ALL students have their own particular needs • Which ‘needs’ are present in your ‘scenario’ and how could you/did you address them? • Think about: • Differentiation • How you know your students/what do you need to know? • What learning styles are present and how can you cater to these AND expand upon them? • What are the ‘limits’ and how do you FEEL about these/how can you address them? • How do you establish your classroom: physically, socially, emotionally so that ALL learners are VALUED???
