  17. Residential Pilot Initiative • $9 million - Apr 2007 – March 2011 • Targeted ~ 8,000 systems • Funding: $750 - $1,436 / unit • 14 projects underway in 7 most populous provinces • Barriers encountered • Target now ~ 6,000 systems
