Types of assemblies… The regularassembly • The regulargeneralassemblyisheldaccording to the schedulespecified in the Consitution. Its agenda maybemodifiedat the beginning of the assembly in order to addother items to bediscussed. A varia point appears on the agenda for thisreason, allowing the members to question, discuss & express theirviews on theseothermatters. The annualassembly • This assemblyisheld in order for the executivecommitte to presentitsannual report, the members of the variousothercommittees to presenttheir reports, and for the Secretary-Treasurer to present the financialstatements. It isalso the forum in which the budget forecasts are adopted and the elections of the executivecommitteememberstake place.
