  1. IDW User Navigation Basic Report Navigation How to Access IDW Reports: 1. Go to “Team Content” 2. Select a Report or Dashboard folder 3. Click on the desired report to run START at TEAM CONTENT

  2. Opening Report Navigation The “Switcher” menu located in the top center of the screen is used to navigate between open reports.

  3. Report Icons Saving Reports Converting Reports Finding Recent Reports Within a report, click on the disk icon to save to My Content. Convert reports to pdf or Excel from the Run As button. Click here to go directly to reports you have recently accessed. The Home screen also displays recent reports. Logging Off Go here to sign out of the IDW.

  4. How Do I Go Back? Navigate Team Content by using the “bread crumb trail” at the top to go back to a previous menu.

  5. Portal to the “Old” IDW My Portal Pages simulates the previous version of the IDW – available during transition
