  7. “Any changes to the contractual time obligations of teachers shall be the result of a formal negotiations process between the District and the RNEA.”

  8. “High school teachers are responsible for the following: five periods of student responsibility, one planning period and one professional responsibility period. Weekly structure of the professional responsibility period is one day of planning, one day or professional development and three days of student academic assistance. Professional responsibility must be a non-rostered assignment with the exception of study hall.”

  9. “At the conclusion of the 2013-2014 school year until a successor agreement has been negotiated and approved, all provisions of the Current Agreement including the existing salary schedule, without salary step increases, shall remain in effect.”
