  7. Profile Packet • Cover sheet • 2-page, single-spaced, formal report format profile • Use headings/subheads and include page numbers! • Be sure to include an “ethics analysis”—describe something that actually happened to you and explain the ethical decision you made! • Attach resume (revised!)
