  8. NGO to add reps from 8 regions (III, IV-A, IV-B, VI, VII, X, XIII, ARMM) and 3 national orgs. Senior Citizens to add reg’l reps from Reg IV-B, CAR, XII, and ARMM. Cooperatives to add 4 national orgs accredited by CDA. PWDcouncil to add 1 hearing-impaired rep, 1 ARMM rep and 1 Reg XII rep. Youth and students to add 1 rep for student with disability. Children to add reps from Reg I & II. VDCto add reps from Regions IV-B and V. Further SGA business

What has been done: • New councils introduced to gov’t agencies, OPARD, NEDA-Regions and LGU leagues • SRs have been oriented on NAPC and NAPC processes, and introduced to lead-agencies • SRC has been organized, SR FlorCabatingan elected chairperson (ex-officio vice chair of NAPC en banc) • All councils have conducted their 1st regular meeting, refined and finalized their 3-year sectoral agenda and formulated their 2010 milestone agenda

  20. What has been done: • Four councils have conducted their 2nd council mtg • BSU refining further (packaging) sectoral agendas, for uploading in NAPC website and dissemination

Other NAPC activities1: • Continued to participate in 27 inter-agency mechanisms • Continued to assist the RKCGs : meetings were conducted in Region I, II, V, VI, VII and XI in 1Q quarter and in Region II, VI and VII in 2Q. • Expanded UgnayanLabansaKahirapan to provinces, initial foray in Mountain Province • Conduct of financial literacy activities
