You may also need to omit the address block in order to fit phone/email links if necessary. • Mobile Email • The text-only (Option Two) is preferred for mobile devices, although color and font support are currently limited. • Arial or default san serif font on mobile devices is acceptable. • Black text is allowable • Your name and “Confidentiality Notice” should be set in Bold. • “Sent from my iPhone/Android/etc.” is allowable at the top of your mobile signature.
