What is stress ? • Stress is the interpretationof the present situation in the past context or future hope.
MANAGEMENT • Managing Health, Money, Business etc increases it. • If you manage stress it will also increase. • Thus Stress Management is counterproductive. • Becoming aware of our interpretations is the key.
AWARENESS • Awareness is continuous, simultaneous, nonjudgmental and total perception of internal and external environment
RIGHT ACTION • Effortless Effort is the right action. • Happens out of Awareness. • Total awareness leads to absolutely right action.
Interpretation • Story of the Sufi with wine and woman • Story of Buddha when someone spits on him.
Society thrives on stress. • Society makes each other more and more stressfull through advertisement,serials, movies, dramas, gossip,newspapers and result oriented approach which should be process oriented.

FEAR IS THE KEY • All business in the society runs on FEAR.
A wrong concept • We are oriented towards having disease and then treating it. We cannot think of health as such. In the same way we want to have stress and then manage it. This is business.

Real Stress if at all • Real stress is only the stress of death for an average person because really nothing is known of the beyond
Signs of Stress • Rapid Shallow breathing • Palpitations • Sweating • White face • Trembling • Loose motions and frequency of urination
PEACE • Quick Appreciation • Response and not reaction • Expression and not suppression • Path of Heart

Laughter • Laugh and no stress will touch you but it should be a belly laugh and not a polite social laugh which will increase the stress.
Key to stress relief • Nasal abdominal breathing is the key.
Effect of Exercise • All the exercises are a help to readjust the joint positions to relieve stress and keep the body/mind unstressed. • Weight training is the most important exercise in present age and not Yoga. • Effect of each exercise on body/mind different but all together they help.
Yoga • Gives a neutral peaceful feeling
Weight Training • Gives a positive peaceful feeling.
Endurance training • Gives a negative peaceful feeling.
YOGIC FOOD • Food which gives pleasure to both ends of the Gastrointestinal tract.
Eating Meditation or Yogic eating. • What we eat becomes our body/mind • Eat only when hungry • Eat when you eat • Do not swallow till taste and flavour disappears. • Bless the one who provided you meals • Never comment on food
Work from the highest thought • Thought becomes words • Words become action • Action creates the world we live in.
Correct attitude • A correct attitude gives us the correct perspective of our situation and our place in the developing situation
Correct attitudes • Work is its own reward • This too shall pass • Responsibility is mine • Everybody is equal before death • Present moment is the culmination of life lived so far • Change is truth • There is no cause and effect
