More funding for school sports

We don’t have enough funding for school sports at our high school, Tourtellotte Memorial High School. Our Action plan is to make a petition with signatures from everyone who supports our wanting more funding for school sports. We will be presenting our problem to the Board of Education.

  1. We don’t have enough funding for school sports at our high school, Tourtellotte Memorial High School. Our Action plan is to make a petition with signatures from everyone who supports our wanting more funding for school sports. We will be presenting our problem to the Board of Education. Board of Ed Meetings 7:00 P.M.TMS Media Center June 8, 2009 July 13, 2009 Board of Ed Members Supporters We could gain support from the Board of Ed by attending their local meetings asking for their support and help, show them a petition that we have conducted showing the support of the town members, as well as showing them current uniforms and equipment and the bad condition they are in showing the need for new things for our sports teems.   3. Non Supporters These towns people may not support us for a few reasons. One may be that they are unaware of the old and warn uniforms as well as broken and low amount of equipment. Another reason they would not support us would be either they do not have kids in our school or do not have kids at all or they simply do not care. We could possibly change their minds and gain their support by showing them how much our teams love and respect our sports and want to represent our school well. New uniforms and equipment would help the students work to their potential and do well. * Towns people without kids * Elderly people * Apathetic towns people
