The Concept Easter 5k APRIL 19, 2014 • Where • Around GHS Campus (See Attached Route) • Why • I have created a character with my son called the Annihilator and its designed to help children with Cancer have additional hope and resources of support. • Who • Approximately 100+ Participants • What • Host 1st Annual 5k run/walk Easter Weekend called the Annihilator 5k. • When • Saturday, April 19, 2014 (Easter Weekend)

The Concept Running the 1,000 miles throughout 2014 Running the 1,000 miles throughout 2014 • Why • To give back; • Bring further awareness of childhood cancer • When • Over the course of 2014 • Starting Jan 1, 2014 • How • Cumulatively: A series of daily runs; 5ks, 10ks, Half-marathons • Track miles via Nike plus app that allows donors to see the mileage • Create a pledge card that friends and family can make their pledges based on amount of miles completed • Pledge Call • T-shirts • Where • All over • The Character • I have created a character with my son called the Annihilator. It’s designed to help children with Cancer have additional hope and resources of support. When we visit children in hospitals, I will dress up in the costume.
