  3. Meeting Purpose • Educate ourselves on sampling and reduced surveillance criteria. • Discuss and review AS9104 change proposal related to reduced surveillance of multisite organizations. • Agree to language and present for RMC approval. • IAQG OPMT Action Item

  5. Action Item • OPMT member to review the background and the specific proposal for multi-site audit requirements presented in this memo within your sector and respond with questions and or comments by 1-15-08. • Background and Proposal

Meeting Results • Discussion • Proposal contained organization expectations but no CB criteria. • Need definition for “reduced surveillance” • Need to align with ISO criteria “IAF MD 1:2007” • New proposal • Draft Appendix to AS9104-1 which will address “reduced surveillance” criteria. • AAQG RMC to agree and submit to 9104-1 writing team. • Working draft (THANKS Vince!!)
