  5. Injuries or sickness • Some injuries you can have in the male reproductive system are: Prostitutes cancer of the prostate, impotence and infertility

Staying healthy • 1-aerobic work-out, at least 20 minutes a day2-healthy diet3-no unprotected sex except with your spouse (not even with your girlfriend)4-have sex or masturbate regularly, as often as it is comfortable5-be gentle while having sex or masturbating6-use common sense stay away from penis growing pills, or any other pills
