  1. How successful leaders think Vijay Anand

  2. Larry Ellison + Scott McNealy

  3. Think Different • When you innovate, you've got to be prepared for everyone telling you you're nuts. • When you're the first person whose beliefs are different from what everyone else believes, you're basically saying, "I'm right, and everyone else is wrong." That's a very unpleasant position to be in. It's at once exhilarating and at the same time an invitation to be attacked.

  4. Think Opportunity • If the world operates as one big market, every employee will compete with every person anywhere in the world who is capable of doing the same job. There are lots of them and many of them are hungry. • I'm a great believer in particularly being alert to changes that change something, anything, by an order of magnitude, and nothing operates with the factors of 10 as profoundly as the Internet. • There is at least one point in the history of any company when you have to change dramatically to rise to the next level of performance. Miss that moment - and you start to decline.

  5. Think New You can't just ask customers what they want and then try to give that to them. By the time you get it built, they'll want something new. You know, I've got a plan that could rescue Apple. I can't say any more than that it's the perfect product and the perfect strategy for Apple. But nobody there will listen to me.-- Fortune, Sept. 18, 1995 The cure for Apple is not cost-cutting. The cure for Apple is to innovate its way out of its current predicament.

  6. Think Values • In our way of working, we attach a great deal of importance to humility and honesty; With respect for human values, we promise to serve our customers with integrity. – Azim Premji • It is unwise to be too sure of one's own wisdom. It is healthy to be reminded that the strongest might weaken and the wisest might err. – Mahatma Gandhi
