Each topic group will have to submit a PowerPoint file of their poster to PAGS (using a standardised format) during the afternoon of Monday 16th June. The School will pay the printing costs for these posters. PAGS is open from 14:00 to 17:00 and will not accept posters for printing after 17:00 on the 16th. Groups then have until Thursday 19th June to prepare to present and answer questions on their poster. On Thursday, each group of students will be required to present their poster, first to a group of their peers and then to two academics. Both peers and academics will provide feedback and score the poster against set criteria. All groups of students will therefore have two appointments on Thursday: one to present their own poster and the other to appraise a poster produced by another group. These appointments will be determined once groups have been formed.
