  2. Overview L • Loral Space & Communications Ltd., together with our subsidiaries, is a leading satellite communications company. We own and operate a fleet of telecommunications satellites, manage a global network that integrates our satellites with terrestrial facilities and have the rights to numerous well-positioned orbital slots. Managed by our Loral Skynet division, the fleet provides satellite capacity and platforms for use by television and cable networks to broadcast video programming, and by communication service providers, resellers, corporate and government customers for broadband data transmission, Internet services and other value-added communications services.
