  2. Gary Guion has a strong track record in real estate. To this date, he has done a number of deals resulting in investor profits that exceed the average market performance. As the President of GGFH Holdings, he is involved in a number of real estate projects. He has worked on several partnerships to raise the capital and acquire over 5,000 multifamily units, 150,000 square feet of retail and 60,000 square feet of industrial/land.The firm also operates a construction arm, Flatiron Commercial, which has generated nearly $50 million in revenue within the last four years. Guion has an excellent hard-working team and they are looking to expand as the market permits.

  3. Guion’s passion is driven from a desire to help others and change lives. The money that is generated from business opportunities enables him to do that. While he has been successful in business, he makes it a point to give back to the community. He has donated the work to finish an entire floor in a building for Mission Arlington. This building now allows up to 750 short term missionaries many times per year to prepare to work in underprivileged communities by sharing the Gospel with children. He has also donated to Cattle Barons, an institution involved in finding cures for cancer.

  4. Gary Guion wife, along with his business partner, is also on the board of the Dallas Pregnancy Resource Center. They help organize the annual event for the Center as well as donate with great generosity. Similar donations are made to the North Texas Food Bank enabling the organization to provide food to the families in need.

  5. After graduating, Guion worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He played a critical role on the team that completed a turnaround of DaimlerChrysler's underperforming extranet and also provided a provisioning solution for American Airlines. Gary Guion then decided to pursue his passion of entrepreneurship and left PricewaterhouseCoopers and started in a completely new industry in 2004
