This transnational workshop focuses on evaluating the impact of services on women's needs in the context of the Women and ICTs Project. It aims to promote equal opportunities, enhance ICT skills, and provide job placement opportunities for graduate women. The workshop also covers the process of selection, engagement of women in leadership roles, and the implementation of policies for equal opportunities. The evaluation of the Women and ICTs Project highlights the need for improvements, such as including an ICT module and offering support during the "stage" period for operational instruments.
