  2. Gary Shoats is a social worker. He works with the local NGO of his area and they handle domestic violence cases. He feels that the more civilized our society is becoming the cases of domestic violence and abuse are increasing. Domestic violence he feels can happen to anyone be it rich or poor.

  3. Hence it is very important for those who are bearing domestic violence that they come out and fight for it. He and his team have witnessed many cases where a female under family pressure does not revolt against her family. There is lack of awareness that is the biggest drawback in many cases.

  4. There are many counselors who work with the NGO and government organizations who give domestic violence counseling to victims who need help. Gary Shoats has fought for this cause for many years now. He and his team have helped women get over the brutality they are facing from years.

  5. They help them get over the torture by providing therapy to get over the abusive life pattern. Gary believes that each one should make an effort and stand for their right. Working with the NGO he is trying his best to make the society a better place to live.
