  2. Gary Shoats is an popular person in the agriculture industry, managing and controlling the operations of a poultry farm in Long Branch in the state of New Jersey. He has approximately 200 chickens and 400 hens in his farm. In the poultry farm, there are approximately 40 workers.

  3. He supplies eggs to various domestic as well as multinational companies in the state. Gary Shoats gives a good quality feed to hens which includes cereal grains, fats, vitamin, and mineral supplements. He is engaged in egg production business since couple of years and supplies eggs at reasonable rates.

  4. In his poultry farm, a good quality of shelter for chickens is there and the workers keep it neat and clean. This helps to enhance the egg production and also the product quality. The heat lamps, nesting and bedding material is also available. Before opening his own poultry farm, he worked in his uncle's poultry farm for 5 years in the city next to Long Branch and gained experience there.

He attended various seminars of poultry farming and contacted a local bank for loan. Initially, he started as a small scale business and later expanded his roots and purchased more land and established a big poultry farm.
