  5. AHF Global Rapid Testing • In 2011, AHF tested 699,512 people in 17 countries using the streamlined rapid testing model • 33,859 HIV positive clients were identified and linked into care • 4.84% program-wide sero- positivity • 36% more clients tested in 2011, than in 2010

Changing Testing Policy • The Testing Report Card - We conducted a pilot, qualitative review of national HIV testing policy documents in 15 countries • The policy documents were compared to AHF’s streamlined model • Limitations: Testing policy provisions vary greatly from country to country, some provisions conflict with each other or are outdated, making a direct one-to-one comparison challenging
