Care Assistant Tab in HED • Care Assistant (CA) tab: • Specifically designed to incorporate all Care Partner documentation in one tab • Use the CA tab exactly like all other tabs in HED • All CA documentation is automatically shared with other tabs for other disciplines to view (i.e. nursing, dieticians, resp therapy, etc.) • Please notify SSS support staff or management with any issues Patient documentation from CA tab automatically flows to Vitals/I&O tab CAUTION: Follow Unit Standards regarding Care Partner documentation expectations for YOUR Unit. Not every Care Partner will chart against all elements on the Care Assistant Tab!
