  4. Summer Camp 2012

  5. Summer Camp Folders Folders will be made for every eligible child, regardless of signed registration form. Folders should contain the following:

  6. Two copies of the Registration form (signed and returned, or printed from Virtual Counselor),

  7. 2. Two copies of the Dismissal form (signed and returned)

  8. 3. Two copies of the Profile Sheet printed from Virtual Counselor,

  9. 4. Two copies of the Portfolio Cumulative Sheet (For students missing 1-3 benchmarks only)

  10. 5. FOR STUDENTS MISSING 1-3 BENCHMARKS ONLY Each feeder school is responsible for duplicating the portfolio passages that correspond with the 1-3 benchmarks that students still have not mastered. PASSAGES A OR B SHOULD BE DUPLICATED

  11. 6. The IEP At A Glance (ESE only). 7. Any additional materials that your site requests. It is recommended that when classes are formed, promoted 3rd graders are placed in one group and retained 3rd graders are in another.
