Jiaozi (Dumplings) • Jiaoziare Chinese dumplings filled with meat and vegetables and wrapped in thick dough. They can be boiled, steamed or pan-fried and are usually served with a soy-based dipping sauce. If you've ever had a pot sticker with your Chinese meal, you've had jiaozi!
