THMN 1327 Introduction to Studying Theology • Aims : • To introduce students to the nature of theological thought, its historical development and contemporary relevance • To introduce students to the study skills needed for theological enquiry
THMN 1327 Introduction to Studying Theology • Objectives: • By the end of this module the student should: • Have an initial understanding of the nature and scope of theological enquiry • Have an initial understanding of the relationships between life and faith, theology and practice • Have an ability to reflect theologically on particular issues and events • Be competent to discern the different skills needed in theological study
