  4. 1. Evaluate metadata for accuracy • Issue Poorly formed OpenURLs and DOIs • Suggestions • Create set of rules for good quality metadata • Identify business case for the publisher • Develop a test suite • Consider BISG’s certification program

Establish guidelines for aggregating content • Issue Hurdles in text mining • Suggestions • Create rules for engagement • Establish protocols across databases • Develop method for machines to distinguish rights restrictions • Identify rights of the researcher • Provide a machine method to identify: object, formats, rights
