  2. 1. Paper Jam Solution : It’s a common issue you can resolve by simply removing the paper carefully, align the pages and reduce the number of papers in the printer’s paper tray. Now try printing again. Sometime some residue paper could be stuck between the printing gears so, make sure to clean it regularly.

  3. Solution : If your printer is unable to print because there’s a driver error, you need to go to devices and printers section and look for which driver has corrupted. You need to uninstall the corrupt driver and restartthe computer to automatically re-install it.   4. Overloading issue Solution : This happens when the printing log is queued up so, clear the printing queue. Cancel the printing operations and restart the printer. Now, try printing one by one So the printer does not overload. Start the next printing operation after the first one has finished.
