  2. Cover • A cover will be created for the autobiography. This can be done from your own art work, magazine clippings, computer graphic, etc. It should reveal things about your personalities and interests. Somewhere on the cover needs to be a favorite quote of yours; select one that means something to you. Be sure to give credit to the author of the quotation. Make sure your cover is neat, eye-catching, and appropriate.

  3. Childhood 1. Birth: Describe where and when you were born.2. Family: Describe your family...dad, mom, brothers and sisters, etc. Include all types of information that may be interesting to the reader. What are their names? etc...3. Who was your hero growing up?4. What is your earliest childhood memory?

  4. 6. What school did you go to?7. What was a major event that occurred during your childhood? (something good or bad is ok)8. What was your favorite subject in school?9. What was your worst subject in school?10. Did you play any sports when you were a child?11. When you look back on your childhood, was it mostly a happy time or a sad time?

  9. Questioning Me… • Write down 20 questions you have about anything/things you have always wondered about. • They will probably be a mixture of serious and not so serious things. Some of your questions may be unanswerable.

Name History Find out the answers to the following questions: • •Why were you named what you were named? • •What is the ethnic origin of your name? • •What does your name mean? • •If YOU could have chosen your name, what would you have picked and why? Then, create a page, however you want, answering these questions.

  11. FamilyHistory • 1.Talk to some of your relatives and find out an interesting story from your family’s history. • 2.Write it down in narrative form –at least one page.

  12. Your Life Now… • Describe your life as it is currently. • Tell about your hobbies, Likes/dislikes, bedroom, school or any other interesting items.
