  3. Can you think why someone might be famous? • They might do something important • They might have lots of money • They might be good at sport • They could be an actor or a singer • They might be brave • They might have an important job

The positive Qualities of the Man in Form • Attitude • A collection of feelings and beliefs to other staff in unit. • Organizational Commitment • The collection of feelings and beliefs that managers have about their organization as a whole and give his support to others. • Value System What a person is striving to achieve in life and how they want to behave to others, MOHANTY SIR sir have all the Organisationalvalue in his hand. • Ability- • Ability to lead is a function of influence:- • Ability to communicate • Ability to resolve conflicts in Organisation • Ability to solve problems and make decisions
