Reverie a state of being pleasantly lost in one's thoughts; a daydream : a knock on the door broke her reverie
Soliloquy—an act of speaking one's thoughts aloud when by oneself or regardless of any hearers, esp. by a character in a play. Peremptory--insisting on immediate attention or obedience, esp. in a brusquely imperious way : “Just do it!” came the peremptory reply.
