COURSE OBJECTIVE • The objective of this course is to help the student develop specific interpersonal skills to ensure • that they reach their full potential socially, which will enable them to create strong working relationships • both in their student life as well their professional careers.

  3. Exam • The examination of the course will consist of an individually written essay with a maximum length of 5 standard pages. • The final grade will be based on the overall evaluation of the essay.

  4. Det videre forløb • Personal Leadership is the first step in the Leadership Development Programme in the Bachelor of Leisure Management. • The development programme also consists of • other Leadership courses, • Organizational Theory, • Human Resource Management
